"Enable 'Email Notification' by default?
Enabling this option will automatically subscribe you to any topic you start or reply to."

I have this TURNED OFF, yet I'm getting about 50 e-mails a day from this fucking forum saying that topics have been replyed to. Kinda pissing me off.

What's going on kids?

and until then you can always get a free email account on yahoo or hotmail or whatever and switch your email on here to that so that they go there instead of your normal email

or if you have filters...you could use those

Or you can just use add reply instead of fast reply. If you use fast reply that thing is checked off by default, but not with add reply.

I just put an email I rarely check when it asked me that... I need to check if that email is still even activated.

And I was wondering how the hell you can stop that thing. It's really a nuisance. That "enable email notification" setting can be turned off in fast reply too.
