What coloring did you use for this?

Actually, I got the effect by doing this:
I duplicated the source layer and then colorised the copy to a greenishly yellowish shade; then simply set the layer mode to 'burn' to get darker tones overall, and played around with colour levels and contrast a bit more. Also, you might not get the same effect in PhotoShop because I use GIMP and am not familiar with the names of the effects in PhotoShop at all, but I'm guessing they should be pretty similar.
