dont you just love astronomy domine? i certainly do. i recently aquired piper from a dear friend and have grown imensely fond of the fun lunacy.

syd barrett is really cool. better than that sane bastard david gilmour. syd used to take LSD sugar cubes and crunch up some other sort of drug in his hair. he does gardening at his house nowl.

now now. you must admit that david does have some talent. even though he is sane. we must make allowances sometimes.

i really admire, respect and sincerely love Syd. he is my inspiration forever and ever. i've written several songs to him and i'm not nearly done yet.



Gilmor is a very lovely guy. don't talk like that about him. they're both great guitarists and i think it's meaningless to compare them but it's also enevitable.




yeh, PATGOD is a very good album. i especially like it cause of the lyrics. almost like a fairy-tale.

really? that's very rare, you know. the only song from the 60's i actually saw on telly was See Emily play - and it was with Gilmour although Syd sings it.

was it the VH1 or some other VH?

i did hear it a few times a couple years ago when i was hanging out with this guy who was well... out of it most of the time. it got boring and such so i havent heard it since (the guy not the song)

cos syd barett was a pop-psychedelic genius just like craig. syd also took lots of LSD to the point he couldnt perform live. on the top of the pops he even forgot his own lyrics.
