how long have you lived in london?
Well, as you can see by the way that I said I've lived here all my life, it's been...I don't know...approximately the same amount of time I've been alive for?
To expand, though, until I came here (university), I lived in Greater London, which means that I also lived in a county - namely Surrey and Kent. I now live in East London, near places you may have heard when people talk about The Libertines - Whitechapel, for example.

and like how much are tshirts and pants
At a gig, a t-shirt will cost you between about £10 and £22, £10 being for the lesser-known bands and £22 for those who know they can rip every last penny from your wallet. The standard price for a well-known band's about £15, I guess.
Trousers...I dunno, it depends what you're looking for. As cheap or expensive as you like, I suppose. You'll want to have a look around Camden while you're here, so that'll be quite cheap - £30 or less for most trouser-related-things, and I also recommend Covent Garden for some nice shops.

cd's
Depends where you get them from, but it can vary from about £10 to £15 for a chart-CD. Fopp is a great independent store in which you can often get albums for £5.

posters
I don't think I've ever bought a poster from anywhere other than websites or at gigs, I'm afraid, so I can't help you here. Same as you pay now, probably.

I don't know how long it'll be til you finish high school, but bear in mind lots of things can change in that time.
