Sorry I'm on my phone so can't post the link but on the triple j site it says Craig said that in the next few months they will release an album of demos he has recorded on his 8 track. So excited!

Oh yeah that would be cool to hear! Can't wait to see what makes it onto this collection. Hopefully a few of the rarer tracks that aren't floating around on the net already. Either way I'll be happy. I'm only dreaming but it would be amazing if they released a special edition box set of all the 100+ demos, etc. I'd definetly buy it

Will they record the demos again so that they will have a better quality on the album?
I doubt it... you know why? because that would be releasing a 6th album.

You've listened to your demos, and picked out the best ones.
Listen to them all again, again, and again, and decide which of the best are the BEST.
Take those songs and play around with them. What would make those songs awesome? How could you add that extra bit of magic that'd really make that melody you wrote shine? Make these songs all they can be, make them fully formed ideas!
If the record is fantastic, why not just call it your next official album, rather than a home demo album?
I'm sure you've got some great things hidden away in your demo vault. Take those ideas and really make them shine.
