Call me Captain Obvious again and I'll tear you a new one.As for the albums of the decade, I agree: it is odd that an album that was no. 2 in 2002 according to the mag doesn't appear in the top 100. I think you'll find that a fair few of the top 100 of the 'decade' have actually only been released in the past 3 years or so.
I blame franz fedinand almost entirely for the campness that has pervaded music over the past 5 years, the death of rock and the 80's making a shameful comeback. I saw it coming when Take Me Out came out in 2004, and I've been living the nightmare ever since then.
