I have heard one song, 'Can't Get Out of Bed,' only because my English friend told me she had it stuck in her head from an add on TV so I looked it up

I hadn't heard of them before that, which just proves how lacking Australia is when it comes to great British bands. So, so, so many bands may as well not exist here. Ya' know.. we have our Kylie Minogue and our... Wes Carr. Might as well not produce any more music, we're set for life, we don't need no Britpop, we got America to pump us full of mainstream shit

Could you recommend me some songs by them for me to listen to? =]

I discovered "Jesus Hairdo" for myself today. It's on their third album "Up To Our Hips". I really like their first album "Some Friendly" and so far I have only listened to their second album "Between 10th and 11th", their fifth "Tellin' Stories" and their sixth "Us and Us Only". I can't even say that I know them very well, but the rest I know even less.

Songs in particular to recommend would be:

- The Only One I Know
- You're Not Very Well (no single though)
- Forever
- Ignition
- Page One

That's cool though, I like to research bands I'm just starting to listen to. I find that sooo many bands I like are in some way or another connected via one's influences/ relationships between the members of each band.

It's kind of cool how it all links up. Knowing the influences of bands I like and who they have influenced is really good to know because it gives me an idea of other bands I might like and of course gives me more knowledge in music overall.
