This couldn't get more simple, apart from making the decision.

Post your favourite guitar solo of all time + maybe a link if it's a small band.

Mine would have to be 'Whole Lotta Love' by Led Zeppelin.

So people! Favourite guitar solo of all time?

Knights of cydonia - muse...pretty rad...
Grind n' thrash
Oh, thats a hard question.

I would probably have to say either Master of Puppets- Metallica or For the Love of God- Steve Vai. Acoustic wise, probably Society by Eddy Vedder. Its pretty simple but just sounds amazing to me. Also, Tornado of Souls by Megadeth. Friedman's soloing is just so anal. 0.0

That there is a pretty awesome music taste.

Although 'For The Love of God' just seems to be attempting to outdo itselfs too much, if you get what I mean.

Guitar solos are overrated.

That's pretty difficult, mmhhhh...

The one in Led Zeppelin's The Song Remains The Same is pretty good.
