GRRR the videos were just workin and now I can't even get to the page. Anyway I seen them up until Ride and they played great! Some thoughts:

- Erm, when I seen a bra on the stage during Highly Evolved I thought "somebody's nipples are gettin chapped" 'cause it seemed just a titty bit nippy out there.

- I get the feeling most of the audience was there to see Lil Jon.

Feltt sorry for the guys because the crowd obviously werent very taken with them. there were pockets of fans, but mainly it was people shouting abuse and chanting "lil jon".

biggest thing to note.
looks like Merrygoround isnt the next single, and is infact Get Out.
Which annoys me big time, cos its just gona end up disappearing into nowhere like He's a rocker did after a few weeks. And I felt Merrygoround had real substance and was different.

I just watched the coverage on MTV.....I hadnt had time to watch the vids on the site yet, but saw it on telly and WOW during fuck the world he looked exactly like he did back in the winning days era, and in get free he looked exactly as he did in the video clip.......he looks amazing

Or as that probably isnt going to happen, only bring in Ryan when he is absolutely needed.

Now, i will give it to him, he has improved. He is beginning to harmonise better. but hes still not great. and to be honest is starting to ruin some songs.
Not even pattrick (who was an awesome backing vocalist) sung as much as Ryan did at Snow Jam.
Ryan practically repeated Craig word for word during Ride and it wasnt needed at all, nor was his vocals on Ms Jackson.

I would rather be able to enjoy Craigs voice without Ryans squeeky voice all over the top of it.

agreed, i kinda think that he sings way too much as well...his voice isnt THAT good...

yeah sorry about that....I've been working on it all week, trying to rip the videos off the MTV Overdrive site except they are all protected and i downloaded about 50 different programs and none of them work, some do but then the video doesnt play it keeps stopping and starting its so annoying! and then i tried to to some really techinical computer thing and save them from the temporary internet files and my computer almost crashed.....I'm still trying but, so just hoping and waiting is the best thing right now.....It's been annoying me too don't worry!!

Craig always said he doesnt like playing songs exactly like they sound on record, so why he is gettin Ryan to do every backing vocal possible on the record (plus more!!!) is beyond me.

I love Ryan and Patrick both though.

I haven't caught the show yet because Overdrive refuses to work in my region, but I'm not following your reasoning here, sorry. You say they sound too much like on record because Ryan does *more* backing vocals than on record, thus NOT sounding exactly like on record? Really?

No no no no, what i meant was the only reason I could think of why Craig has been asking Ryan to do soo much backing vocals (albeit poorly), is that maybe he wants the tracks live to sound more like they do on record, with all the vocal layers and such, and that before Craig has always said how he doesnt like playing songs live like they are on the record.

Ryan's backing vocals most certainly do not sound anything like the backing vocals on record, thankfully Craig does the backing vocals.

^ yeah...thats what i thought the other day...if ryan would sing on the cd...i wouldnt like it to be honest, his voice is not the best..

I've been able to get thru the region code by uninstalling and re-installing Adobe Flash Player but it has to prompted me to install it or I can't get thru the region code. I've seen this set and its worth ripping, its a very good set.

I'm friends with a couple of Aussies from another message board and I've sent them a message asking if they can rip this set. Can't promise anything though.
