yeah, all 3 of them must have been running in circles Maybe it's good that she writes the letter but I don't know.. seems slightly overplayed.

The thing about worrying is that you don't know whether it's anything worth worrying about until it's over. They probably didn't realise people were worried, and their manager just blew it out of proportion. Or, he decided that it would be a great publicity stunt to blow it out of proportion.
