I’ve got a friend from South Korea. Her Korean name is Hao Joo which means the ocean’s peal. When my sister and I were in Italy we met people from Korea. When they introduced themselves, they told their names and what their names meant. When we told them our names they asked us what they meant. My sister’s name is Rebecca and that actually means…the fat one. Hehe…they asked us if our parents hated us or something…
