I couldn't find any discussion of this anywhere....and I wanted to know what you all think of the b-sides.

I really love Hey Now, it's really catchy and fast.
Blue Jam is.....weird. I don't know what to think of it. It's very unlike Craig......it's good to see they are experimenting though. Both songs are so short!!!! Especially Blue Jam.

I downloaded the songs first thing this morning, I was so anxious to hear them I couldn't sleep last night haha.
I was very disappointed in the album artwork though, I was so looking forward to something new, or a hint of what the album cover may look like.....no such luck. ah well.

So what does everyone else think?

When I first heard Blue Jam I was kind of shocked. It's well different. Nothing I'd expect from them but oh wow Craig's screaming. I'm so amazed what he can pull of with that voice of his. Awesome!
And Hey Now is really catchy. Punky and really cool. I love it. It's also different though but definitely great.

Blue Jam really surprised me too! I think that's the tune he may have been referring to when he said that their new material might have some death metal influence in it His screaming is like nothing I've heard.. from him. It's Amazing.
Hey Now was indeed catchy! after the first listen it was in my head for almost the entire day! that=success in my mind The new album looks so promising!

i really like hey now, its cool cause all of their other demos havent even held a candle up to the real thing as far as cd recordings but hey now kindof sounds like an underground punk band demo or something lol

the songs are kinda cool, just too fuckin short!!

totally agree. i don't know why, but Hey Now makes me remember "Fell in Love With a Girl", both really good songs. And, i'm hoping for hearing the ballads from Melodia, The Vines are never wrong with their ballads.

I've heard .."Hey Now".. and Toe Jam....uh..."Blue Jam". ..and i honestly like them both.

"Hey Now" is very catchy. I like it much more then "He's a Rocker".

And i actually think "Blue Jam" is rather sexy. Its very uh..."different"..with a hard rockin' beat combined with Craig screaming like a wild jungle native.. Its almost not even like a real song. Its more of a novelty type of thing...and very short.

I have now heard the b-side tracks (thanks to my secret sources). I love hey now so much, it's so great. Blue jam is so cool as well. Very different for Craig.
