So, lot's of people here love Nirvana and I heard this so...

"According to the News Of The World, the Nirvana frontman's remains – the location of which has previously been kept secret – were taken from the Los Angeles home of his widow Courtney Love.

The ashes were said to have been kept in a "pink teddy bear-shaped bag along with a lock of his hair" and were taken with some jewellery and clothes.

Love is quoted by the paper as saying: "I can't believe anyone would take Kurt's ashes from me. I find it disgusting and right now I'm suicidal. If I don't get them back I don't know what I'll do."

Some of the Nirvana frontman's ashes were previously scattered near his home in Washington State and some at a New York Buddhist temple, with his widow retaining the rest.

She added: "They were all I had left of my husband. I used to take them everywhere with me just so I could feel Kurt was still with me. Now it feels like I have lost him all over again."

Well I think this is freaky, and I don't full believe it tbh. What do you people think?

I'm not sure what to say or if I believe it's true or not but it's just insane anyhow! If they who stole it doesn't know what it is and then opens it and gets rid of it then oh god.
I've always said that Corutney should have done something with the ashes many years ago. Not keep it in a teddybear bag.

I know its fun to rag on C. Love, but damn that is really horrible, if true.

Who would do things like that though?

It kinda makes you wonder what the world is coming to.

God, all these silly thefts. It's like the public finally decided to rebel against horribly overrated musicians.
Decomposing Trees
Watch out, Radiohead!
Feedums
But a Radiohead member would have to die first.

I volunteer.

Well, knowing Courtney, I wouldn't be suprised if she auctioned them on Ebay. I have a mortal distrust for her, mainly because she would be NOTHING without Kurt. And I believed she took advantage of his status and position to some extent at least. But on a less controversial note, if they were infact stolen it doesn'
t matter. His legacy lives on in the hearts of his fans, and of coarse his family. Even though his music was quite simple and Dave Grohl spent quite some time embarassing himself on drums before realizing that his later found position as a band frontman would get him more musical recognation. But oh well. Love for the Foo Fighters and Nirvana =D. and R.I.P. Kurt.
sprinkles
