Album out in 7 weeks and they've disappearedoff the face of the earth!

No confirmation of album title, no track listings, no video details, no UK singles..what's going on

the new single will be out on june 10th and thats all we know...we just have to wait...

Yeah the vines have been pretty piss poor with updates. Offspring are coming out with an album next month, and their community is booming as the band has been giving us album covers, sneak previews to songs, interviews live shows the whole thing. Whereas the vines have given us some material yes but we don't even have a track confirmation or an official site, it's sad.

I nominate myself for the position A&R for the band.

And seriously, I'm starving to death for some Vines material...anything. Look at how much we pounced on the Aussie MTV awards video/pictures/interviews/etc.

i was thinking the same thing today. July 12 is creeping up and by now leading up to album releases most bands have confirmed track lists, album artwork, music video for the first single done, new website up and functioning and a world tour beginning just in time for the album release.

seems like a shitty thing to say but with this poor organization from their management i don't think the Vines will be making much of a comeback outside of their already established fan base... this is going to be Vision Valley all over again. He's a Rocker is getting limited airplay in Aus cause of that stupid Triple M ban so promotional efforts need to be doubled.

Sorry if I'm repeating myself again but this is really annoying! Barely anything is happening and no one really knows anything.
And the official site is still down. It's been forever now. Time to get it fixed faster perhaps?

Hopefully they will post an update soon as in 51 days from today the album will be released (who's counting). So im thinking in the next couple of weeks they HAVE to update their site or post some new info or something... Unless of course the much dreaded release date push is about to hit us!!!

Triple M seems to have lifted their ban because they've been playing He's a Rocker .

I reckon that might end up happening... damn wonder what they are holding onto it for they apparently finished the album in March... unless Craig wrote some new songs and they re-entered the studio.



Really, that's news to me, I think they still owe Craig an apology for all the ads they ran for like a week straight between shows and songs making fun of him.

Cool that they are back on the airwaves though. Triple M still sucks but.

I do have to say for them it's a step in the right direction to be playing the vines again but it just cracks me up after they made this huge production of the whole thing!

Triple M was more than rude to them methinks...after that whole incident they would run jokes like "next time you'll be hearing from the vines it'll be - Do youwant fries with that? "

really? the vines doesn't seem like a band that gets involved with the fans via forum. Judging by the fact that Craig said he doesn't like using computers or something.

I don't mind though even if I know it's just like kazzama wrote before me
