I just have to finish figuring out exactly what days I'm going to be there I'm thinking of doing a 10 day stint
and I have to figure out where I'm sleeping



not yet while I'm there I'm going to hunt around and see what kind of jobs I could get

Hey, you can stay at my place if you like (my room's kinda small (just ask Jen, haha ), but you could fit - or you could take the living room ), and I'm sure Maddie would take you as well . So you've got choices galore... well two free ones at any rate (I'm just offering up Maddie's room without asking her - but she'd be fine with it... I think ). If you're going to all three days, are you gonna camp?
I think after the Friday night when the Vines play we should all stay over at either Maddie's or my place so we can fan girl the night away - or at least what's left of the night once the concerts over . I haven't really spoken much about this to the other girlies - I think we need an MSN session .

Jane and I are way ahead of ya! We've started planning on msn already. But yeah, I think it would be good if we could all get on and have planning session. A night of fangirlishness would be so cool. So exciting!!

And I guess it sounds like we're staying at my place then . We can camp out in the loungeroom upstairs . I'm gonna have to try and convince my parents to go up to Lake Mac for the Easter weekend so we don't have to worry about them waking us up early in the morning when they go into the kitchen to have breakfast . I'm sure I'll be able to swing something .

Bridget: I know you and Janey are camping so we're gonna have to figure out where we can all catch up on the Friday at the festival! And maybe when you two have finished the rest of the weekend festival we can all catch up and go to the Newtown Oportos or something? We definitely have some planning to do . Ooh! And I also have to talk to you about meeting up for the Melbourne BDO!!! I'm gonna write you a message about it tomorrow .

we aren't camping, were big weenies Me and Bridget figured we either be have a big vines fan girl night friday or stay at my cousins or something.We are stay in a hotel saturday and sunday we plan on playing dress ups and getting tanked ^_^And taking photos of the whole torrid affair and posting them on myspace the hotel we our looking at is lovely!It has a pool on the roof and more importantly a bar!!!I'll be in Sydney to take my little sister to see MCR in january and I'm gonna check it out then :)Yeah we our going to make a holiday out of it We plan on arriving thursday to shop at record stores and Spotlight....hairflowers and such

but yesh we must go to that Oportos in Newtown *nods*

i talked my mum into it, and after a bit of stress we got two tickets for the Friday!
we are going down to sydney the day before the show, then spending a couple of days there.

I'm really happy we don't have to sit through so much crap this time. Well, except for Hilltop Hoods.

I really don't like the hilltop hoods

me neither theres just something wrong about Aussie hip-hop. And I'm not looking forward to having their fans stuck all around me while I'm waiting for the Vines

Oh no, no, no...I really don't like the Hilltop Hoods thank god they're on after the vines and not before...I had to live through them up close at BDO last year to see...I think it was Franz Ferdinand. But they were great (Franz of course!) so I guess it was worth it...but not without the ear plugs

As soon as the vines are gone I'm so outta there

But Wolfmother is on after Hilltop Hoods - none of you like Wolfmother? If I were going, I'd definitely stay to see them...the beginning at least.

I'm pretty bad with crowds too. I get claustrophobic sometimes and the fact that I always seem to have big sweaty guys around me doesn't help at all I think I'll be desperate to get out of there once the Vines have finished.

Ewwwww I hate having other people's sweat get on me...it's so disgusting, espeically if it's some nasty guy. Oh god, I'm going to need to keep it cool on friday

Woman didn't have to grow on me! I loved it from the beginning, as well as Love Train (since they were in the video together). (The music video that I always saw on my T.v. was the dual, but when I search it on YouTube, I usually get only either of the full length singles.) Then I bought their album, and I like all the other songs, too

so do you have to stand around in the same area all day? can't you go do something else like go to the markets which are there while the hill top hoods are on and then go back for the vines?

I think they can; it's just getting back up to a good spot where you can actually see the band, I think.
