Nah, I think Craig will be shagging Ryan sensless during breaks ... khm .... helping Ryan with ... khm ... recording and giving him a helping hand and I think he'll play an important role in the creating process since most of the songs are probably dedicated to him anyway.

I think he'll tour if he gets a record contract, hopefully Heavenly will put it out in the UK, and then he can play the Social in Nottingham...now that would be fun! Its so small only 150 sized and there are no dressing rooms to hide in, just a fire escape or the toilets! And it's my lucky venue!! I saw Youth Group there a while ago.

I wonder if Ryan is a good enough singer to have his own album, why wasn't he the back up vocalist before He is better than Patrick.

I'm sure he's a better singer than Patrick, I listen very closely to him both live and on record and I think the only reason he wasn't singing back up before is due to his late arrival as a band member compared to Pat (well that and his on stage shyness which he's overcoming all the time). I bet he's had songs lined up for years but with Craig's prolific catalogue everything has had to go on the back burner for a while. Now he has the chance to show everyone that Craig's not the only talented one in the band. I can't wait to hear it. *Starts negotiations to get an advance copy*

I always wondered why Pat and Ryan didn't harmonize during gigs or on their tracks.

I think it's because their voices are so different. Ryan's got a soft romantic voice, but I think Patrick's voice is more agressive and rough. I guess, I don't know. And I don't think Ryan's and Brad's voice go along all that well. I'm not saying they're a bad combination, but from what I've heard I think their voices aren't alike at all. That's not necessarily a bad thing, you know. I like the contrast.

Do you think Ryan's got a childish voice? I personally think Patrick's voice is more teenage-like. Because he's got kinda screamy rebelious voice. But on the other hand, Ryan's voice is softer and I think a bit deeper too.

Its really interesting to me, i think its great and the album will be great!

In the interview of Hamish by Linda in the DTI fanzine he said about the music of Ryan " you'll recognize straight away that he loves The Dandy Warhols, Brian Jonestown Massacre and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club ". And in the April issue of NME Ryan talked a bit about the BJM and said their music is "brilliant".

Did you know there's another Ryan Griffiths out there who made a solo album? Back in 2004, but who cares. Look! I just find it kind of strange. Too many fake Ryan Griffiths' for me.

And the title of the record 12, Noon Or Midnight made me wonder how Ryan's gonna entitle his album. I think I love Craig Nicholls And I Want The World To Know It would be perfect, but I doubt he'd be so indiscrete. How about A Perfect Romance or Craig And I Did It In The Hay At Noon? Nah, how about I Wub My Bandmate or Great Handsome Excellent You (G.H.E.Y.)? Ah, I love the album already.
