Thanks to Ava Adore for the heads up on this - the Vines are confirmed to play this year's Homebake Festival in Sydney on December 2. Hope some of you peeps were lucky enough to get tickets - yup, it's been sold out for weeks now!

The Vines
The Vines were one of the leading lights of the Great Rock and Roll Renaissance of 2002 and since then it’s been a well documented rollercoaster ride for this Sydney band.

Having been away from the live arena for two years The Vines made an amazing surprise return earlier this year with a cracker performance at The Splendour In The Grass festival. They then went on to sell out shows in Sydney and Melbourne in record time.

Well and truly cemented back in the scene with their new album ‘Vision Valley’ The Vines look forward to what will be a rare live performance when they hit the stage for a very special HOMEBAKE performance this year!

Yep... I've just bought one . Eeep! I can't wait to see them again! I'll have seen The Vines a total of 11 times in the space of 6 months after these shows (and that number could be higher if The Vines do sideshows ) . I feel like the luckiest girl in the world .

Only Sydney has sold out so far, and hopefully The Vines are officially announced in the 2nd line up announcement on Wednesday .

not yet, but you're right - more tickets will be made available for the sydney show soon.
