I am almost sure that this topic will crash and burn because i have only met one other member who likes doctor who but as i not only like doctor who, i am obsesed with doctor who i thought i might as well give it a try.
I especally like the 5th doctor Peter Davidson, and the current doctor David tennant, and no suprize my faverite aliens are the Darlecs, but i hate cybermen cause they are such a stupid idea.
If i ever became rich i'd have a room in my house which in place of a door would be a blue police box which you'd walk though to get into the room, it would be like the TARDIS because it would seem bigger on the inside than the outside. I have also began to build an army of darlecs, at this time only modles but i am planing to build a full size one. I'm a geek arn't I?

Well you could probebly buy it somewhere, i'm so cheap i just record it off TV but i'm pritty sure you could get it somewhere.

I like the latest doctor who...I only realised he was Barty Crouch Jnr as well ...well i only just realised cos ive never actually seen the show only ads for it...sometimes my dad watches it...there was this really annoying episode playing in the background where something was going "are you my mommy" over and over again and i was like grrrrrrr shut the fuck up!

Yeah, thats the one with the kid who should be dead but isn't because some weird space technology fixed him up wrong and he has a gas mask fused to his head.

Doctor who is about a time lord, an aliean race which can travel in time. The doctor usally travels with an assistant, who is often an earth girl. They go around defending the universe from evil alien races. The doctor is the last ever time lord because the rest of his race died in a great time war against the Darlecs, a race of time traveling cyborgs like the one in my sig.

Doctor who was apparently quite popualr in the US for a while, but is more popular in the UK, Australia, and canada. For a while the show was baned in the UK (i don't know why, it isn't all that violant) at this stage i think it was on normal TV in the US perhaps. Anyway it has been going on since the 60s with time when they stoped making it (in the late 80s), a TV movie in the 90s and new series in the last few years.

But you make it sound so serious! It`s funny as well.

He changes. Well he's still the doctor but he's someone else. I don't know why it happens but it's in the story.
Like the first episode posted there. In christmas invasion Rose says she's dissapointed because she thought she knew the doctor but now he's someone else.

The doctor has like 13 lives or somthing, so far he's on his 9th or tenth one. Everytime he dies he comes back to life or 'regenerates' as a different person, different actor, different personallity every thing.

At least they didn't marry her off, most assistants get marryed off, about three have been killed and my faverite Romana went off to help some people, that actress ended up marrying the guy who was the doctor at the time )

I'm happy cause i went to a friends house, they had a box set of doctor who (an old series) which i asked if i could borrow and they said i could have them.
