Mad libs is a game you can purchase in bookstores and...other places. I have a collection of madlibs, so I will provide the parts of speech that each story calls for in each new game (unless someone else out there has the game as well or can make their own) . Each story contains blank spaces where words are left out. I (or someone who owns the game) will select a story without telling you what it is about (to ensure randomness). Each person can post one word at a time. The word must fit into the part of speech that the story calls for. The words are used to fill in the blank spaces in the story
PARTS OF SPEECH...
*in case you have forgotten*

Adjective: describes something or somebody. Examples; lumpy, soft, ugly, messy, gross and smelly.

Adverb: tells how something is done. It modifies a verb and usually ends in"ly." Modestly, stupidly, greedily, and carefully are adverbs.

Noun: is the name of a person, place or thing. Sidewalk, umbrella, bridle, bathtub, and nose are nouns.

Verb: is an action word. Run, pitch, jump, and swim are verbs. Put the verbs in past tense if the directions say "past tense." Ran, pitched, jumped, and swam are verbs in the past tense.

It may also ask for a place, excamation or silly word, number, color, animal or a part of the body. I think you can figure these out...?

So here is the first one...when you've finished I will post the story! Ohh...the anticipation. Yikes.
Remember...just ONE word each smile.gif

biggrin.gif How to Housebreak a Baby Dinosaur ( This is Lauren's)
According to the world famous car trainer, Ozzy, housebreaking a baby dinosaur is as easy as A,B, P. His current squidgy-selling book, Down, Dinosaur, Down! guarantees that you pet will be potty-swam in one week or you window back. This book is filled with hard advice- very moronically written. Here are a few examples:
1..Before you begin training, spread dogs on all the pencils of your house.
2. Always call your baby dinosaur by name and look it directly in the kneecap when giving a command.
3. If your baby dinosaur accidentally wets the laminator, stay calm, do not spank its spinal cord.
4. All baby dinosaurs respond to praise. When they perform well, reward them by patting their ears or scratching their kidneys.
