I played my first videogame when I was three years old...
I wanted to when I was younger, but my dad kept saying i was too young, so I'd just watch my brother and cry, wishing I could play. But then one day when I was three, I just..picked up the controller and started playing anyway. And I've been addicted ever since...

i just read 'I am the Cheese' which i got yesterday and I really liked it. Was pretty easy but very cool... but I didnt really get the ending. Was his girlfriend all imagined or he is he just mental ill? (eh... that actually could be both) ... um. ill have to ask Lizzy (not ours though)
Yo, Artchick (i dunno, just have to think of 'yo' when i see the word 'chick') do you like Paulo Coelho ? I read ' Veronica decides to die' (or what its called in english) and thought it was ok but his writing is... i dont know, not really my thing. He acts like, you know, he d explain you things about life you wouldnt even have thought of.

I just finished reading The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time for the second time. I love that book! I also read Almost French a while ago and that was pretty good.
I love that book! Someone on here mentioned it and i thought i would read it for the heck of it and it was so good! The kid in that book just has such a different way of thinking but it broke my heart how he was scared of his father

but it was so hilarious how he gets words mixed up. Like he thinks vomit is called "sick" probally cause of the phrase "I got sick on the floor" (i threw up on the floor). It's amazing how literally he take everything....that book is genious.
Right now I'm reading "The Secret Life of Bees" because someone told me it was good, but it kinda is making me upset because it reminds me of how horrible people can be. but i must finish it!
I also have a hard time finding good things to read. There are just so many books out there and i don't like that fantasy stuff, or mysteries really, or trashy romance novels. I like fiction, basically and there are so many that i find myself at the bookstore forever trying to find something good to read. If anyone has any recommendations let me know!

I also have a bad habit of going to barnes and noble just to grab all the good magazines (basically music and photography) and sit down for a couple hours and read them. I always look around occasionally, scared someone is staring at me or something

hmm maybe it's cause the boy in the book is british that he calls vomit "sick." but as an american i have never heard that before and it made me smile.
how can you say this isin't funny:
"But I knew I was going to be sick this time so I did not sick all over myself and I was just sick onto the pavement, and there wasn't much sick because i hadn't eaten much."

"Sometimes I dont read magazines" said Jessica. "Sometimes I just look at the pictures. I like to look at clothes. They are very elegant."
"I never look a clothes," I said."Never."
"You look at Miss Iris' clothes," she said
"Do not."
"Do so," said Jessica. "She sits next to you all the time and you at her clotches and when she crosses her legs you look at her shoea. I saw you at the bus."
Then we both looked at the Ilames. I think they re spelled wrong.
"There's a pretty one," Jessica said. "He s all black with white socks like my horse."
"You dont have a horse."
"Do so."
"Where?"
"That's all for me to know and you to find out."
I looked at the Ilama. he spit on the ground.
"Once I had a horse, Jessica, and I told him to step on Miss Filmers head and then blood shot out of her eyeballs and they took her to the furnace and burned her up and I rode away on my horse."
"I bet she smelled shitty," said Jessica, and I got angry.
"You aren't supposed to say shit." I said, "Its swearing."
But Jessica just walked away saying "Shit, shit, shit."
Then we went to the bison. they were all sleeping. No holes.
"I can swear if I want to. Its a free country, Burton." said Jessica.
"My name isnt Burton" I said, "Its Randy." ( I dont know why I said that.)
Thats from 'When I was five I killed myself' ... not really the best part, rather a boring one but its the only one my friend wrote down in this book here.. erm.

I literally got so depressed after I read that, I got sick. But I guess it's important to know about that stuff...it was just so sickening I couldn't get it out of my head for months.
