time for another mod update

so alot has happened since the last update
yep
a new album, a slew of new members, and most important (in terms of the point of these updates) a new section

The International Vines Promotion Competition has found a new home in a new section which you can get to here:

if you havn't joined in its not too late, especially now that its been extended through the end of November

some changes in the look of things will take place (I swear) soon
mostly buttons and such
so if you come on one night and things look a bit funky thats whats going on

I would also like to stress (yet again) the use of the Superpost
PLEASE if you have an idea for a new topic think it over first
if its just asking for a bit of advice about something or telling a story about your day please just make it a post within the superpost

also please take a minute to make sure you're posting your new topics in the right sections
especially in the Vines sections seeing that they're so specific
we've been getting alot of topics about the new album and individual members in the general section instead of the sections for such discussions

The Vines Project and The Vines Tribute Album are still going on, The Vines Project has a deadline for scrapbook pages and photo/video submissions for the DVD set for May 31st so if you want to participate with that you have only a couple weeks left to get your stuff together

Well, you didn't actually forget...cuz I never really set one. I told people roughly the end of the month...if you're too late you're too late

I guess that's a bitchy thing to say...but I mean, it doesn't take a year to submit a photo and some video if you wanna submit it.

Anyway, I'll say May 31st so that we then have a while to compile that stuff...if we end up lagging and needing more video...I'll come back and threaten to kick everyone's virtual ass and tell them the deadline is extended and some good stuff had best be on its way.
