Soo. Did anyone seen this? I'm sure a few of you have. I thought it was very entertaining. Hilarious, and quite sad at some times.

Yeah I saw it. It really wasn't suppose to be funny though. But it was. Good movie though.

Yeah I just feel apathy for BJM, I never really liked either but Dandies had less talent...BJM are playing here this month...

Hmm. I guess it depends on the person, but it would be a little less interesting if you don't really like either of the bands. I think it would still be semi entertaining too.

i think even if you dont like the bands you will find it mildly entertaining.

personally i really liked it, it was amusing and sad.
i didnt really know much about the BJM before i watched it and now they are one of my favourite bands!

Yeah i didn't know too much about bjm either so i decided to check them out! The movie is definitely entertaining, and i do think it is supposed to be funny at some times. Just the way the footage was pieced together. The one time when Peter Holmstrom was talking about how the dandies and bjm are different people and that the dandies are just a lucky band, because of when they got caught with grass the french police didnt do anything. And then the next footage shown was the one guy's face ( don't know his name) in bjm as they got caught with the grass while they were touring.

That probably made no sense, but hey i tried.

its one of my favourite movies when i first watched it i had just bought one of the brian jonestown massacres albums & i was already huge fan of the dandys so it was very interesting

i can watch it fifty times and not get bored

I've only watched it once but i plan on watching it many more times. I have the bonus edition.

Did anyone who has that edition watch the two hours of extra footage?

Oh and i'm also probably going to invest in some BJM albums.

I just watched the bonus material. A lot of it was so fucking hilarious! Joel from BJM is such a character, to say the least. Well, he used to be in BJM. Yeah, that band is really ace, and i'm happy i heard some of their stuff on dig to know how it sounds.

Two things:
1) I love Courtney's voice and
2) I'm in love with crazy Anton.

I really love this movie. I can't say much more, I just like the honesty I think.

I seriously need to watch it again. Maybe I'll buy it.

It's so good. I have it on DVD. It comes with these awesome and hilarious special features.

I sometimes have that image of solitary Anton in the studio in my head...
