First i've heard of it.

"HARRY POTTER AND THE PRISONER OF FERDINAND

FRANZ FERDINAND have been asked to write some music for the next HARRY POTTER film – and could even make a cameo!

The band, who are currently touring the UK have been asked to take part in the project, with singer Alex Kapranos saying the band could play a “band of ugly sisters”

He told VH1: "We've been asked to write some music. There's a section where there's a band of ugly sisters playing and I think, well… some members of Franz Ferdinand may be the ugly sisters in the band."

He continued:  "There's an excitement and innocence about those films. I like how there's good and evil, and that's a clarity which is quite refreshing."

The most recent film, 'Harry Potter And The Prisoner of Azkaban', featured a cameo from Ian Brown."

It says 'Radiohead's Jonny Greenwood and Jarvis Cocker' But isnt Jarvis cocker from Pulp...? so perhaps it isn't too reliable. But i have heard it in other places too. so yeah, no Franz for Harry Potter

yah. ive heard about that too.. i was so sad coz i was really looking forward to seeing franz on harry potter. but oh well..at least johnny greenwood's going to do it instead..sont know who the fuck the other dude is.

I like Harry Potter books a lot but I found the two HP movies that I've seen plain repulsive, so I'm quite glad Franz pulled out.

Although, now come to think of it, they could've fit the role really really nicely. Oh well.

pretty good. that girl that I like finally got out of the hospital, so I've been talking to her alot lately. the chances of us getting together are very good. I'm happy about that
