It's a C shaped D, bear in mind.

C (x32013)
D (x54035)
Em (022000)

Strumming pattern? Not sure what to say other than listen carefully to the record and try to play along.

Edit: DUDE I just realised I can warn myself in this forum. Cool. JAMMEH YOU'VE STEPPED OUTTA LINE, BITCH. YOU GONNA GET YO ASS WARNED

thats for the live version.. hes taling about the studio version.. but of course we did have him go and watch the live version...

lol

for the studio version.. which is easier to play if your just starting on this song

C (032010)
D (000232)
Em (022000)
D (000323)

The studio version is played the same as the live version. The acoustic part at least. There's about 5 guitar tracks on the studio one, most of them are playing what I posted above, just with some phaser and chorus effects running through it. There's one electric track doing powerchord stabs (C5 D5 E5 D5), which is the only one I can hear which doesn't play the C shaped D.

I'm not sure of the real name of that chord, I'm gonna keep calling it "C shaped D" until someone corrects me...
gypseyrou2005
lol. well.. Im pretty sure the version I have is just C, D, EM, D

its the live versions Ive only heard in sharp
