Quentin Tarantino was a real genius when he made Pulp Fiction but not for KillBill. In many interviews Tarantino said that he was inspired by "ShurayukiHime"a-k-a "Lady Snowblood".
Inspired my ass, he just made a rip-off of that beautiful movie. That thing of revenge, the battle with the crazy 88, even some shooting are the same like when the Bride see the four deadly vipers while she's on the floor...I used to be a fan of Tarantino but after that....

Pianiste, La

A story of love and obesession that is really interesting and quite sick at times, but beautiful story.
Summery:
Erika Kohut (Isabelle Huppert), forty, is a honourable piano teacher to the Academy of Vienna. Carrying out a life of bachelor confirmed in her old possessive mother (Annie Girardot), this musician leaves free course to her sexuality unslung by épiant the others. Secretly attending the peep-shows and the cinemas porns, Erika Kohut plunges in a morbid voyeurism and inflicts mutilations by pure pleasure masochist. Until the day when Walters (Benoit Magimel), a pupil of a score of years, fall in love with it. From this affection is born a disconcerting relation, animated and perverse between the Master and his disciple.
