Canada isn't last man, Canada releases Vision Valley April 3rd, The Gross Out Single March 28th and I dunno 'bout the rest.

my guess is the record label wasn't too keen on packaging and selling a 74 second song.
at this point, they outta just throw it on with 'don't listen...'. 
so, um, the 'gross out' digital download release didn't happen today. their label was hoping it would, but up until the last minute never got official word that 21 march was 'a go.' keep your fingers crossed it should be in a day or so.
