Gross Out will not be available until the album release on April 4th.

Does anyone know how to track their download sales?
It's on the iTunes frontpage. 
At the moment there are no plans to release Don't Listen to the Radio in the US as a CD single.

i think its only available on the american version, cos when i switched countrys it came up but not for the australian version.
Can someone who dowloaded it describe how it is better?

the audio quality
you don't get that digital noise with the high frequencies on it that you get with the stream
the vocals have more presence and the intruments sound alot more natural as well
