The first new worldwide exclusive interview with The Vines will appear this Sunday, March 5th in The Observer magazine (a magazine supplement included in the UK Sunday newspaper, The Observer). The band spoke about the new album, their past and their hopes for the future. The interview will also include new photos that were just taken a couple of weeks ago.

The interview will also be available online at http://observer.guardian.co.uk/.

Plus, the band are shooting a new video for 'Don't Listen to the Radio' next week.

As long as they're "clear" pics. What if they're "mood" pics....to go with the "dark" theme of the album. The pics might be all dark and in the shadows or something... Guess that would be better then nothing, but i hope they're not mood pics.

The guys can't do everything as 'mood pics' . They're gonna have to be clear... they just have to . Still, you're right something's better than nothing .

Ahhh, This is excellent news. So happy to hear that the Vines are ack in action. The other 2 Cd's are getting kinda scratched!

There is no new bassist yet.

they're not looking for one either...not yet anyway. it shouldn't be an issue unless they do some shows, and even then it could be a temp. do they send bassists from temp agencies?

altho, jammeh has offered his services if they'll move ryan from guitar to bass and let jammeh dual guitar it with craig.

Does anyone know if the article will be online this week (March 5th)? Cause I clicked that link and under music, the info from Feb 19 is still up . Unless they do music every other week or something, it seems like they might post it the following week. I REALLY hope I'm wrong

I was told it will be up on the site on Sunday but if not, hopefully someone can scan it. If not, I can get it by Monday.
