I drink 'Amy & Brian all natural Coconut Juice'.
Goya...me being a latina and all. It even has bits of coconut in it. Mmmmm. They have these huge mega cans that only cost $1.50. I started drinking them last spring and became hooked! I was a bit afraid at first because coconut always seemed to upset my stomach but I thought of you and how you said it was really good for you so I took a chance. Thanks Carolyn!!

I never heard of that brand. Does it have sugar in it? Mine doesnt have that. I try and keep away from sugar altogether.
I have been as well but I heard sugar substitutes are worse.
Yeah this brand does have sugar, 15g. Is that bad? It's only 160 calories for 17.6 fl. oz. That can't be all bad. They have unsweetened as well but I haven't seen it.
Yeah Goya is a huge brand in NYC. Their factory is in New Jersey and all spanish people know it because they supply a lot of hispanic ingredients.

Yeah, I'm avoiding soda too. My complexion goes to hell when I drink too much coke or something. I miss having the nice caffeine boost though, but I've started drinking lots of green tea. I'm addicted now.
