Aw man, I just got back from the muse concert! It was awesome! Im so mad at myself though for not meeting them. I dont know where i would have been able to meet them though! I did drive behind their limo!!! I waved and they waved back!:lol: It was awesome

They played great. It kinda sucked thoug becuase it was in a theatre so we were all seperated by chairs. But it was totally awesome! I got bunches of pictures and video clips that im gonna upload.. here sometime... soon

Dude...on my trip, I was at the beach and I wrote 'The Vines' really big in the sand and left it there for days. Well, one day I was there and I was making it deeper into the sand and some dude that was there randomly says "The Vines? Why are you writing the Vines in the sand?" and I'm like "Because the Vines are badass" and I totally expected the dude to be like "Yeah, whatever" but he's like "Hm...so that means I should buy their new album?" and I was like "Wha??? YES!" It shocked me that they were Vines-aware.

Yeah, it was exciting.

And then I friggin swore I saw someone wearing the black shirt with the pterodactyl (sp?) bird thing on it, so I had to convince my friends to follow the person and stalk with me, which took awhile and we ended up losing sight of them.

I was on a Vines-watch the whole time. I think I'm kinda



And reading...man, I forgot ALL about the story!!!

Dude i did the same thing at the beach i made a huge vine sign out of seaweed ...
thats what happens when your bored at the beach....i think it washed away sadly adn i didnt get pics of it but it was and attention getter for sure

OMG! The concert was awesome. I wasnt sold out. plently of room on the balcony. They played like 6 songs off of their new album and then they played some old ones like New Born, Hysteria, Plug In Baby, Stolkholm Syndrome.

When they came out for the encore they whipped out Time Is Running Out and Knights of Cyndoria. It was awesome

They played for a good 2 hours.


Glad you had fun at the beach! Im not a fan of the beach.. well... if it wasnt so hot i guess.. But thats great! You should have taken a picture of it and sent it into the Promo Comp.

Story:

once upon a time...too long..yeah anyway i was at the beach wave hopping and the i got stuck in a current and couldnt get a shore so then trying to reserve my energy i thought i could drift seems easy then a stupid wave pushed me under and i could breath it really blew so i was like drowning then i saw a guy on a board and was like dude can you give a lift to shore....and thats how i almost died...

then on shore i decided not to go in the water so i did a big vines sign on the beach.....

i should have but my mom wouldnt let me take the picture

Yeah, I'm not much of a fan of the beach either, but it's pretty at sunset. I did take pictures! I just need to find my disposable camera in my unpacking process that hasnt started yet.

And Chels, that's a pretty scary drowning thing! Good thing you made it out of it okay!

Okay, funny (stupid) story for you guys. My thirteen year old sister likes to start fights with me and when we're arguing or something she likes to make fun of Craig and stuff because apparently she thinks it pisses me off. She'll say stuff like "Craig is stupid" or "Craig is so ugly!" thinking I'm gonna fly off the handle and beat her ass or something. But, anyway, today we were arguing over something and she has her friend over and she's all trying to show off so she's like "Craig is gay! He does Ryan in the butt every night!" and she smiles all triumphant like she just said something extremely clever.

Well, naturally, I burst out laughing.

So I'm standing there, dying laughing and she's looking at me like :

So, when I compose myself I respond with "Duh!" and the look on her face was just priceless. But yeah. It was funny because she's never used that one before and her saying that did the exact opposite of make me mad.

So then she's like "But...I said he was gay...and he likes dudes...and him and Ryan are gay for each other and Ham-whateverhisnameis...is gay too! So ha!" and I laugh again and respond with "Only in a perfect world"

It was funny, and I'll shut up now.

Man, I just remembered my dream last night. (Speaking of dreams...as we were in the underpants thread )

I dreamt that the Vines were coming to the big arena near my house to play one last show and it was going to be huge and tickets sold out before they even went on sale, so I attempted to win some on the radio and I called and actually won and my phone got disconnected before I could tell them who I was and stuff.

So, I go to where the concert will be the night of it and I don't have tickets or anything and I'm all bummed out and I'm standing outside listening to Miss Jackson being performed and it sucked a lot.

So then Jules of the Strokes comes walking by ( ...I know, ) and he's like "Why aren't you inside?" and I'm like "No ticket " and he laughs and says "Oh...well, I guess you can have mine. I only wanted to come because I wanna tap that lead singer...he's schmexxay" So, after I pick my jaw up off the floor I get inside to hear 'Fuk Yeh' and 'Spaceship' during which Craig licks his guitar and throws it into the audience and somehow I catch it.

Then I woke up.

I watched Detroit Rock City before I went to bed so I think that's where the first bit came from. I love that movie!
