Well, you won't hear The Vines much on the radio, for a multitude of reasons, sadly... But, I don't know. I hate all this newer music, because it's just.. horrible... My Chemical Romance, Green Day, Fall Out Boy, all in my opinion just need to... stop...for the sake of my sanity. I mean, these are bands I hear about fucking everywhere, and it just needs to stop.

People like to joke around and fantasize, so I've seen. But, in all reality, no, I don't think he's gay.

Plus, he doesn't act gay... infact, he acts more like an idgit... Like, the only thing he loves is music, and could care less about people.

Yeah, he does. He has Asperger's Syndrome. But, you know what? It's like, people think he's stupid, but, I know for a fact that he's not. Infact, I think that is probably a large misconception that people have about him. And, of course, you know, he's a bit hard to understand, naturally.
Which is why people think he's weird. They don't understand most of the things he does. You know, it's not like, anything tragic to have what he has, I think. Personally, I think it's a fucking gift in some ways, seeing as how you have such a loaded mind full of art and music, and if you're somebody like me, who wouldn't want that? But, at the same time, yeah, things get a bit socially awkward, I could understand that too.

But, it just drives me crazy how people think he's an idiot. My mom thinks he's an idiot... but, he's not. He's written the most brilliant music I've ever heard, and he's a really deep thinker. Okay, so, he's a little mad, but that makes him perfect.

A lot of the stuff he does for a reason though... Kind of being careful when he talks to people, I suppose. It's obvious that he really probably doesn't want to waste time talking to people, so, that's probably why he's a little weird most of the time, but, I don't blame him.

Personally I think thats bullshit. Just becuase your personality is well... different from other people, they have to go and give you some kind of disorder. Know how many I have according to a select few? its ridiculous

Well, it's different. Yeah, he's a bit out there, but he does have a disorder. Because.... he is a bit out of control, and there is something mental going on in there. However, it's not something totally critical and tragic. It's just... there.

I mean, most autistic people avoid eye contact, ask a lot of questions, obsess over weird things. And you know, it gets to a certain point where you're like "Look, that's not...right. Something's going on."

But not all of the time they have something going on. Thats just how they act. Some people are quiet, Some loud, Some annoying, and the list goes on. You know what I mean though? I can't really explain where I'm coming from on this.

But, if somebody was loud, was throwing chairs around, and calling people names, and then, the next moment, they're acting as if nothing's wrong, and they had no intentions of doing it, you'd think they were a bit weirded out in the brain, right?

Well, I don't think it's because he's done so many interviews. I think he's just like that because he really doesn't want to be there, and be answering questions.

The whole point is, he wants to create music, he wants to have a band, but, I don't think he really cares too much for the fame... He just wants to do what he wants to do, he could care less if he was incredibly famous, or just barely famous.

I have so much respect for him thats what makes him so amazing....

me 2 i would have no clue what ppl were talking about or asking me to do most of the time i get like that when i play my bass i get so fixed on to reading my tab i like totally blank out .......then like an hour later i go on with my normal life....so i actually see where craigs coming from I think when throws i think he doesnt know he is doing it becuase he usually acts like really mellow mostof the time..like his Jay Leno I dont think he intentially did it ....no when he on stage and he smashes his guitar thats another story but whathe did on the tonight show i think he blanked out

Yeah... I mean, I play a lot of my guitar, I draw a lot, I work with a lot of arts, I'm always out there, writing, or doing something. People ask me questions about it, and half the time, it's questions I can't even answer myself, so, it's really kind of hard, and I come off as an idiot...

And, when you're on stage, you know, you get so into what you're doing, that, the music almost runs through your veins like electricity, and there's when you kind of lose it. And you get a bit destructive, you can't really control that, because when you're absorbed with something you love, it becomes a part of you and who you are.

Especiall with music. It's everything you are. Which is why Craig likes recording so much, because you can take the finished product and say "This is what I've done, and this is everything I feel. And now, it's actually among all the other things I've admired in my life, and with this, I can find some way of expression. I've made this."

Making a song is just as great as making a painting that everybody loves, it's almost as great as conquering the world, because you've made a world of your own. And music, the art, the sounds and what you see make it completely three dimensional.

And when you have a world like that, it's the only place you want to be. And you understand the people around you less and less because they're never going to understand, so what should they matter anymore? It gets harder and harder to answer questions, when all you wanna say is, "It is what it is."
