i was hoping the strokes might tap the arctic monkeys to open for them this spring when they tour the states. wouldn't that be a killer bill?

I want to go to the one in philly. Isn't that with test icicles too? Or is that a different date? Because i know they have a tour in march with them.
Oh, and the strokes with the arctic monkeys would be amazing!
