Thom is my favourite too. Cos his lyrics are just so creative and weird, It's hard to know what he's talking about. But that's why I love Craig's too, so he's a close second.

Yes, of course; but if you're focusing on a specific person within that band, surely you should know their name? You wouldn't say that the author of a book was your favourite author if you didn't know their name.

I think in this case she (kaleidoscope_eyes) meant she liked The Postal Service and Death Cab, and she didn't know the singer's name (or didn't point it). It's okay when she knows some their songs and really like their lyrics.
