I still say
as a movie fan, it was great
as a harry potter fan, it was rubbish
they barely developed Harry and Sirius's relationship at all, just the one conversation in the fire
no hogsmeade visits
no levitating muggles at the QWC
no veelas
no obstacles in the final maze
no blast ended skrewts
not much in the way of the whole rita skeeter problem
barely any of the ups and downs in the Hagrid/Madam Maxine relationship
no one finding out Hagrid is part giant
nothing about Weasley Wizard Weezies or however its spelt
no "parting of the ways" in the end which leads you up to the next book/movie
I mean pretty much all the scenes were the triwizard tournament, the little blip of the quidditch world cup, the little blip of the yule ball, and the graveyard scene
there was none of the stuff in between
and worst of all, I absolutely HATE the way they are developing Dumbledore's character
hes supposed to be calm, cool, and comtemplative
not this madman who has angry rages and pretty much attacks harry asking how his name got in the goblet of fire...for Christ's sake...
oh, but did anyone else notice that Barty Crouch Jr. looks an awful lot alike Matthew Bellamy?
