Well. A little of both I believe. I mean a forum is very much like high school with cliques and all. But as far as I'm concerned there doesn't seem like there should be a reason in banning opposition groupes. I mean it cant cause that much harm. Sure people shouldn't hate eachother but I mean I'm sure people dislike one another for a reason. It just doesn't seem necessary to take the oppostion groups seriously.

How does it cause harm to the people it is against? It would be different if these people were actually in the same place harassing one another but they aren't this is the internet. Maybe I'm new and I just dont understand how these people are, but it just doesn't seem right from what I've seen. Let them have there little groups. No one is going to get hurt its ridiculous to think so.

I've read some of the posts and I know what people are complaining about. Maybe some folks wouldn't get made fun of if they weren't being so childish. Being a jerk is not what I'm trying to do. You are right maybe I should stick around for awhile and just see what you mean. I know cutting down hostility is important but the things that people are getting hurt about seems ridiculous, like I said I have read some of the posts. They are just small bickerings towards eachother when someone says something stupid. Sure I haven't seen it all but eventually i would and I cant imagine it much different. I just think you need to let some people be more dependent on themselves.

some were deleted because they were spam, some were deleted because they had content that was against the rules, and some was deleted because one member of the forum left with a huge image in his signature and I did it so people with slower connections wouldn't have to wait ages to check up on some front pages of threads

Hate is hate whether or not it comes from immaturity. I don't want to see it boasted and promoted here. I don't sugar coat. I get rid of things like racial and sexual orientation slurs. anything else I leave unless it spams up a discussion thread with alot of offtopic bickering.
