I know I'm not stupid, and I'm not being close(d?)-minded. I accept that you may feel that way, but the majority of people I've ever come across who have referred to themselves as bi-curious tend to mean "it seems like it might be cool to be bisexual, so I may as well pretend", because the 'curious' bit lets them off if the opportunity actually arrives. I shouldn't have been so blunt, though, because it's not your fault if that's the only way you see to describe your feelings and it collides with the typical meaning of it.

I don't think you should have started attacking my ability to love people, though. What I was saying was that I believe that love, when referring to kissing someone in a sexual way, is too strong to refer to thus if you're talking about a friend. I dearly love my best friend, but there's no way I'm going to stick my tongue down her throat. Those who know me would say that I'm one of the most genuine, loving people that they know (if not the most), and having been in a two year long relationship, I think my opinion is qualified. You may certainly have your own, but I really do think that if you mention love in pertinence to something sexual, you shouldn't be referring to someothing you do with your friends unless you love them in that way. Which is a bit muddled, but the meaning's in there somewhere.
