oh lord. the things they are saying are awfully nasty. that really touched me, don't really know why but it hurt me personally.

also, i read the NME track by track which i had never seen before. so :

'Going Gone'
this one plain sucks - what the hell are they doing? i don't think they have the right to claim such things about a band or a song.

'Gross Out'
"I wrote this song about the disgusting nature of reality television" Nicholls claims. "Also, I read on a message board that people would buy a Radiohead record even if it was just Thom Yorke's recorded farts." - please, oh please do tell me he read this one this message board!

'Don't Listen To The Radio'
The band all trade vocals on this one, with new drummer Hamish Rosser screaming: "DON'T YA CRANK UP THE POWWUUUUURRR!" - reeally? i sure have never heard that sentence in the song. must check it out again but it's actually pretty cool.

'Spaceship'
A cover of Kanye West's "Spaceship", the band again reaches out to the hip-hop community. - uh? i am totally lost. it hasn't anything in common with this song beside from the name.

No. They may have had some difficulties back in 2004 but they sound amazing now.

Not yet, no. There's no album title, no artwork, nothing.

i hope so, although i wonder where that person found all the stuff that Craig said about the songs.

No, they're just stating their opinion... actually, they're not. They're going along with everyone else's opinion in fear of being in the minority. When one person says that something is utter shit, then the other doesn't want to admit they like it because they're embarrassed, so the cycle repeats. They probably don't even think they're that bad.

And if they do, they need to retire to a small island in the Pacific and have a little word with themselves.
