I made the banner awhile ago for some vampire thingy.. I just liked the way it looked, and figured it would be a good conversation starter.. Oh, it worked! And yes, those models are very creepy, well, not even the models, but the sets.

Theres a few things you can do. Use a program like AnimationShop 3 to make gifs directly - if that won't open the video you want then first capture the bit of vid you want as an avi file using a program like SnagIt8 then use Animation Shop to make the gif. If SnagIt8 won't open it, use a program like Virtual Dub or Hypersnap6 to capture the segment of the vid you want as an avi, then edit and convert to a gif using Animation Shop. Those are the programs I use anyway, but I'm sure there are a plenty of others out there.
