i know the piano on homesick is very simple and you all probably could tell the chords from just listening to it but im challenged in that respect..does anybody know anything about that? for mary jane too?

I don't think he or she is trying to show off since he/she said they are challenged by the chords... I'd like to know how to play those on the piano too. They only have The Vines guitar music books that I know of atleast.

I know how to play homesick in the piano but it's not so good (but the best I can do) I don't know how to give it to you though. I'm not good at writing piano pieces. hehe, any advice on how I can post it??

the actual chords on piano, even though they're the same as guitar, aren't all 1 3 5 chords
theres a bit of variation

I only understand notes when you say them like a b c d e f g. I don't know my do ra la mi fa stuff. My teachers don't like teaching me that way

I use cdefgab as well, but I think:
do=c
ra=d
me=e
fa=f
so=g
la=a
I can't think of what b is.
I think that's right, but I've only ever used the c,d,e,f,g,a,b system too.

I don't know anything about chords, I only know how to write out music on staves. Here's the first bit of the piano for Homesick (I think it's right, but it could be wrong. I'm not very good at writing out music by ear).
