Carl does sing What Katie Did, but it's Pete's song. Pete and Carl are really co-frontman, rather than having one specific guy who sings all the songs. Pete typically sings more of the songs because he writes more of them. Although Carl does a lot of singing as well.

As far as the "Pete being in prison", that was well over a year ago. And I doubt Pete or Carl thought it was very awesome.

Let's see then, Carl helped pay for treatment 4 times, which Pete walked out of 4 times. He's told him he'll do anything he can if Pete decides to give it up. What more do you expect him to do? Pete's a big boy and no one can make him do anything he doesn't want, and for the time being he doesn't want to give it up. It's nothing to do with Carl anymore.

And how the fuck would you know what I do or don't know about supporting drug addicts? Although maybe you and I have different ideas about what support means. In the real world support means to let them know that if they decide to give it up you'll be there for them, but in the mean time you won't be around to watch or help them destroy themselves.

Pete must take the first step if he's still able to decide what he wants from his life.

and tinkerbell i aint saying bout your support of drug addicts. my point was that pete doesnt think that carl is there for him and yeah carl says i love him im always there for him,blah,blah,blah. but pete probs isnt convinced and like a lot of people (me included) sometimes it takes more than words to convince you and if carl was to say "i'll support you" (i mean that as in i'll help you get through this time in your life as im your best friend and love you) and was to take him back into his life then pete would probs be grateful and know that carl and alot of other people supported him and would try even harder to fight his addiction. all he needs to know is that people believe in him!
