haha, yeah im sure courtney has a little fund set up for her... ...im not really sure if they went to court, they may have settled it outside of court but i know shes the one that delayed the release of the box set (she currently needs money, hence the sudden release) and she gets a very good cut.

Yes they said on VH1 that they settled out of court for the 'you know your right' single to be released. And i read that in kurt's will courtney technically gets nothing from royalties and it is put in a trust fund for Frances which courtney can't touch. I know she has been delaying the box set since 2002 also.

thats not all true, i know she managed to 'lose' some of kurts estate, and she can use the money because by law your spouse is your heir along with your children, and since she is currently the guardian she controls how she spends the money

if its in a trust fund she can't touch it though. the money in there is sealed off until frances is 18.

maybe a percentage but definitely not all the money courtney is/will be getting. and by the time frances is 18 shes going to need all the money she can get im sure.
