I dont get the whole manga/anime thing. A bunch of kids at my school like it and I just dont understand. This one kid reads these manga books and they are just softcore porn. They are cartoons! How can you like that?

alot of manga isnt soft porn its usually really good and theirs alot of good anime tv shows lik inyuisha and cowboy bebop

i sit by this chick who talks to herself, and she likes manga/anime she likes inyushia (sp?) apparently her friends call her wolfie which i think is a reference to it, but i never liked anime unless you count the pokemon/yugioh stuff when i was 11

I really like manga and <a href="http://www.ntsearch.com/search.php?q=anime&v=56">anime</a> and they're not all porn!!!!! I have a good collection of manga and I like drawning them.

it's called Revolutionary Girl Utena or wotnot. It seemed ok, really abstact, which intrigued me. And it is kinda old (1997) I used to watch sailor moon too which is old as well heh heh


I think that is a pic form the manga as opposed to the anime.
Another anime I like is stuff by Miyazaki. + Studio Ghibli. You know, spirited away, my neighbour totoro (also old).

Sometimes we read manga in Japanese class to brush up on it. Usually innocent stuff like 'Doraemon' no hentai or yaoi

I use to enjoy anime. I began to realize it was very odd and bizare stuff. Alot of fans do like at that hentai crap, wich I find disgusting (it's like looking at pictures of Wilma Flinstone naked).

There is a family who lives across the street from me, they have 7 kids. The oldest is nearing 30 years of age. He struggled in school, didn't go to university. He worked at a store that sells geeky nerd stuff like Dungeons' And Dragons and stuff. They sell anime there! He is obsessed with it.

He has this little box under his bed (wich is two couches put together). He has a lock on it. I wasn't there, but I beleive this because of some pictures he had hanging on his wall. My friend was at there house and he found the box, the lock was not on and he opened it.

The contents of the box alledgedly were manga's filled with hentai and there were faded white stains on some of the pages.

That scared me away from it for ever and ever and ever.

i loved ranma and a half.. hoh.? it was really porn, but it was censured and i never saw the porn parts.. but it was a cool romance history.

I just don't like anime. the closest thing to it that i enjoy is murakami's household products. I have the soccer ball, the ashtray, and the clock that has a different cartoon for every hour and minute. I'd rather make lynda barry looking comixs...

I remember rushing home from school in time to catch Sailor Moon all the time, I really loved that show. I've watched lots of anime and I have over 100+ manga books...but lately I havent watched any anime and I'm thinking of selling my manga books. I guess I've kind of grown out of it.

Would 'Sailor Moon' be considerd anime?

Sailor Moon is a disgrace to anything that was drawn with a pencil. Do you think the majority of it's fans are little girls? Your wrong, sure alot of little girls watch it, but even more grown men do. It's perverted. Don't say they arn't making it suggestive, look at the lenght of their skirts, their tops. Since when has it been exceptable to walk around in a bathing suit?

Yeah, it shows them naked but they cover everythign up with colors, you can't really make anything out unless you try really hard, which I never did because I was a kid and I wasnt watching the show for that.

I watch the show for the show, not to be a perv. I find something else to watch when I want to be a perv, usually music videos...

Sailor Moon manga sucks. Sailor moon anime is pretty good.
