Yeah most music mags I read from around here gave the album good reviews but gave "Ride" mediocre ratings

I think that he proved himself as a potential genius with Highly Evolved, but Winning Days stripped that off him a bit. Its like Oasis went straight from Definately Maybe to Be Here Now. Maybe with rest the vines will make an awesome album soon, and tour in scotland (please god)

I think he is a genius. Even though he acts crazy on stage i have heird that he is a pretty calm guy, he also is good at song writing, and playing guitar.

lol yeah I agree... I think he's a nervous person, but he's not "mad"... I read a quote from a musician, I don't remember his name, and he said "craig nicholls is not as mad as he let us see"... something like this. Well, maybe success just made him like this.

Anyway I prefer the Winning Days album, and I have to say that this band changed much things for me too, when I listen to Craig or when I watch him on stage, I am less shy... When I play on stage with my band I think about him and that's very good to do that, because I seem more at ease, and I don't care about people who could say "she is like this or she is too much" etc etc etc...

What I'm hoping they'll do is a book like The Dirt by Motley Crue, where everyone writes their account of things that happened and what they do on their own time and autobiographies that engulf your mind at eleven o'clock on a school night.

Yeah, I get what Rockoffmypants said. What's normal to you sets a standard for the rest of the world to measure up to...the world obviously doesn't have standards anywhere near Craig, but he has standards that can put him up against millions of people without batting an eye. True he flips out, but let's face it, you probably shouldn't smoke pot and drink Red Bull at the same time. I don't like to have standards because it closes my mind. In sixth grade, I probably would've thought Craig a nutcase and be off with it. Thank God I've changed.

Genius or Madman??

Hes a beautiful combination.

I think that both albums are remarkable in their simple complexity. Craig is above the average in that respect, even if he's not so great at other things (such as "rational" or "normal" behaviour at all times).

I think to say that he's clearly not suffering from Aspergers is wrong to say, unless you have done extensive research on the matter and him. It's quite obvious that he suffers from many of the symptoms most people know about and alot that most don't know about/understand.
