Good topic.
In no particular order:
The Living End - The Living End
The Vines - Highly Evolved
You Am I - Hi-Fi Way
The Saints - Know your product (Best of)
Powderfinger - Internationalist
The Easybeats - Friday on my mind
Crowded House - Temple of Low Men
There's stacks more, I'm just too lazy to think.

I like your list, bretto. Although, Crowded House is technically New Zealand. I guess at the time they resided in Australia though, right?
That first Living End album has tons of good tracks. Hi-Fi Way is definitely my fave You Am I album. The Church's Starfish is a superb album.
I think INXS - Kick and Midnight Oil's breakthrough, Diesel and Dust, are strong albums too.

Hmmm...was "Fav Aussie Albums" not clear enough? Only the Vines are Australian on your list.
