And clever napkins, I have an uncle who's an addict. Been in and out of jail. Has stolen my dad's identity. He even went missing! And each time, the rest of the family has enabled his behaviour. Something like this hits a little too close to home for me! I have given up on my uncle. I'm not proud of it, but it's a choice I had to make. I feel like I've made the right choice. So pardon me for being obssessive about this. So, please stop accussing me of posting illogical bullshit. You haven't had to put up with an addict int he family. And, it does get to a point where you eventually leave the addict. As soon as you reach that point, that's when you say enough is enough. Those that do stick around for a long time enable the addicts behavior! I'm not making the last part up. It's the truth!

I fucking hate when people make assumptions about what other people know or have been through. I have known plenty of addicts, and I understand the issue more than I care to admit on a public forum. Yes eventually someone might give up on an addict after a long fight, but usually not within the time frame they've been together. This, of course, is assuming that she is an addict and that the addiction has even caused any real problems apart from this debacle. Sticking around does NOT enable the addict, wtf are you talking about? You think they'd give it up if everyone washed their hands of them? Addicts need people to support them. It's only enabling if you help support the habit, or ignore it.

THE ex-boyfriend of Jess Origliasso of The Veronicas has vanished in the US, along with the bass player of his band The Follow.

Known as Azaria, the musician disappeared in Hollywood on Friday, along with bass player Kara Jayne Dickson, known as KJ, and have not been seen or contacted since.

Dickson was once the girlfriend of Craig Nicholls from The Vines.

The band’s management company, Worlds End Management, confirmed the duo’s disappearance on the band’s MySpace page.

According to reports, the band has now filed a missing persons report and is working with the Australian consulate in Los Angeles to find the missing musicians.

The band’s management said the two had been “on the edge for the last few weeks” and had been struggling to record an album when they vanished.

Everyone always thinks the worst in situations like this but considering their own band admitting to not getting along then maybe she is just avoiding their calls & trying to get away? I think the drummer's little speel on myspace is a bit fishy.
He knows that his profile is going to get hits, he knows that fans will be looking at it. and i think it's a complete plug for the new record.
Did you notice on the blog entry he was listening to his own band??? who the fuck does that, really. Notice that he mentions the date and the venue of the gig, and that the ep is launched that day. Christ.

Even if it turns out they are missing, i'm sure they've just gone to have some time alone and will pop up soon anyways.

Yeah the whole thing IS fishy.
At first its easy to get caught up in it and be glad like...yay! at least KJ is okay. Then all of a sudden its like...wait a minute.

Would they stoop this low for publicity? Just seems a bit of a coinky-dink that their album is due out next week. And now their show on Sept 2nd will SURE to be fill. Everyone will be soooo relieved their Azaria and KJ didn't get kidnapped and are safe and sound after all.

And we know Azaria will show up right before the show. Its all planned out.
