I know how you feel but at the same time I find this conversation highly inspirational
 It's been a long time since I wrote a story... Methinks it's high time for another one  He hated computers. Evil, contrary things, he called them. They glared at him, daring him to tackle them boldly only to thwart his efforts viciously and sneer in silence. Evil. Pure evil. I'm getting paranoid... Craig sat at the computer desk in his brother's study, his fingers poised over the keyboard. He hated computers but... Curiosity had been consuming him like fire within for some weeks now. Ryan had told him to go and check out that website, their website, the vines.com and its message board. Funny things were going on there, he said. What sort of things, Craig asked, but Ryan only grinned. When pressed, he was not forthcoming. Go and see, he kept saying, his eyes burning into Craig's face. Funny things... What on earth could it be? Some "funny" comments on their latest productions perhaps? He winced, his hand trembling. Would he dare? He was almost certain those "funny" things would turn out to be some really pathetic attempts at misguided hilarity. He stared at the blank screen. Oh, what's the bloody use... Yet there was something in Ryan's eyes when he was telling him about that supposedly funny stuff, something unfathomable, almost a challenge. A challenge? Or was it perhaps something different... Some sort of...plea?? OK, so I guess now it's my turn to shut up  -------------------- |
